Dryvn Ops

Connect the operation across the systems you use.

Dryvn Ops designs and implements operating systems for established organizations with complex workflows, teams and technology. We connect the systems you already use, automate the work between them with explicit approvals, and build only where there is a genuine gap.

01 — The same operating philosophy

One way of thinking about work. Two ways to deliver it.

Dryvn’s product and Dryvn Ops share the same principles: give each piece of work a record, a responsible person, an agreed next step and a way to establish completion, and keep judgment with the people who carry the responsibility.

They are not the same deployment. The product is Dryvn’s operating system with capabilities enabled per implementation. An Ops engagement is scoped to an organization’s own systems and processes, and may use Dryvn’s platform, the organization’s existing platforms, or both. No claim is made that every custom engagement runs on the same deployed architecture.

02 — The problem

More software does not always mean better operations.

As organizations grow, work becomes fragmented across people, inboxes, spreadsheets, CRMs, documents, phone calls, portals and specialized platforms.

Each system may work perfectly well on its own. The problem is everything that has to happen between them. Dryvn Ops is designed around that gap.

Before an engagement, the work-handoff assessment is a useful way to find where work is getting stuck.

  • Information gets copied.
  • Follow-ups depend on memory.
  • Teams chase approvals.
  • Customers wait for updates.
  • Managers spend time checking whether work actually happened.

03 — What an engagement can build

Built around how your company actually operates.

01

AI agents

Purpose-built agents that understand specific business functions, rules, context and responsibilities.

02

Workflow automation

Connect multi-step processes across departments instead of automating isolated clicks.

03

System integration

Connect existing CRMs, communications, documents, accounting, operational platforms and internal systems.

04

Operational intelligence

Turn information spread across the organization into useful context, actions and visibility.

05

Human approval and governance

Keep people in control of the decisions that require judgment, authority or accountability.

06

Managed optimization

Monitor, improve and expand the system as the organization, workflows and technology change.

04 — Keep what works

Your existing software becomes part of the solution.

Dryvn Ops is vendor-flexible.

If Salesforce belongs at the centre of your customer operation, we can build around Salesforce. If your business relies on Microsoft, an industry-specific platform, an accounting system, Twilio, existing databases or other established infrastructure, those systems can remain authoritative.

We identify where the friction exists, determine what should stay, connect what is disconnected and custom-build only where there is a genuine gap. The handoff checklist covers the questions we ask about each connection.

05 — Where this comes from

Built from real operational experience.

Dryvn grew from firsthand experience managing complex residential development operations and seeing where otherwise capable teams lose time because information, people and systems do not move together.

That experience includes building and improving operational processes across residential developments in the 400–800 unit range, spanning customer service, quality control, deficiency management, warranty, homeowner communication and long-term aftercare: hundreds of customers, trades, deficiencies, inspections, documents, deadlines, handoffs and follow-ups, all happening at once.

Dryvn Ops applies that operational thinking to larger organizations:

  1. Understand the actual workflow.
  2. Identify where work breaks down.
  3. Remove unnecessary human administration.
  4. Connect the systems.
  5. Keep judgment with the people.
  6. Make sure the loop closes.
“The technology is not the starting point. The operation is.”

06 — Example use cases

What could Dryvn Ops run?

Illustrative workflows, not claims of deployment. Each is shaped around the systems and approvals a specific organization already has. The customer request workflow guide shows the same shape as a maintained resource.

07 — How an engagement works

Start with the operation. Then build the system.

01

Understand

We map the people, systems, workflows, bottlenecks, risks and business outcomes.

02

Design

We determine what should remain, what should connect, what should automate and where AI can safely carry work.

03

Build

We configure existing platforms, create integrations, workflows and agents, and custom-build the missing pieces.

04

Operate and improve

Dryvn Ops can remain involved as a managed operating partner, monitoring performance and improving the system.

08 — The product and Ops

Two ways to deploy the same principles.

Dryvn, the product

  • Dryvn's operating system, with capabilities enabled per implementation.
  • Designed for owner-operated businesses.
  • The job and project operating model is the most mature starting point.
  • Subscription.

Dryvn Ops

  • Custom operating architecture for larger or more complex organizations.
  • Designed around the company's existing software and processes.
  • Custom integrations, agents and workflows, with explicit approvals.
  • Implementation plus optional managed operation. Pricing follows scope.

09 — Pricing

Built around the operation, not a software seat count.

Every Dryvn Ops implementation begins with understanding the systems, workflows and outcomes involved. Engagements may include operational discovery, architecture, implementation, integrations, custom agents, automation and ongoing managed optimization. Pricing is developed after the scope and business case are understood.
