Dryvn is an AI-powered business administration platform for small service businesses. Account holders — business owners and the team members they invite — run their business by text message: they text commands (scheduling, invoicing, expenses, job updates) and Dryvn replies; Dryvn also sends the reminders and notifications they enable.
The messages you may receive
Account and service (transactional) messages — replies to commands you text, job and crew notifications, appointment and payment reminders, security and account notices.
Marketing messages — product news, tips, and offers — only if you separately opted in to those.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive messages is never a condition of creating or using a Dryvn account.
How you opt in
1. At account signup.
When you create a Dryvn account at our signup page, your mobile number is collected and verified by a texted 6-digit code. SMS consent is presented as two separate checkboxes, neither checked by default:
- Text me about my account (service & account messages). Optional — not required to sign up. Msg & data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out.
- Text me tips & offers (marketing). Optional. Msg & data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out.
The form also states: "Message frequency varies. Reply HELP for help," links to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and states: "We never sell or share your mobile opt-in data." Every opt-in is recorded with a timestamp, the exact consent wording shown, its source, and the consent type.
2. By team invitation.
An account owner may invite a team member. The invited person receives a personal link, reads the same consent language on the invite page, and must explicitly accept before any phone number or messaging opt-in is submitted. Opening the link alone never grants consent.
3. By texting START to a Dryvn number, which re-enables messages if you previously opted out.
During our invite-only beta, account creation requires an invitation — but the signup page, this program description, and the exact consent language above are public, and the consent flow is identical for every account.
How you opt out, and how to get help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT work the same way. Opt-outs are enforced in our sending path and cannot be bypassed by a retry.

Messages sent on behalf of businesses that use Dryvn
Account holders may direct Dryvn to send service messages — appointment confirmations, invoices, receipts — to their own customers. In those messages the business is the sender; it confirms its customers' consent under Section 7 of our Terms of Service, and every recipient can reply STOP at any time. Stored opt-outs are enforced for all recipients on every send path.
