Product
The operating system behind the conversation.
Dryvn holds the working state of a business and acts against it within the permissions set for the implementation. Text and voice are the natural way in. The dashboard is where the record, the configuration and the controls stay visible.

Conversation and action
A text conversation with Dryvn in which an instruction is understood and handled against the business record.
Records
What Dryvn holds.
The operating record is the point. An answer that is not written to a record has not changed the business.
Some of these records live in Dryvn. Others stay in software the business already runs; the implementation decides which system is authoritative for each.
- Customers and leads
- One record per customer, kept current by the conversation and by what happens next.
- Jobs and projects
- Work that carries its own history, costs, documents and next step.
- Scheduling
- Appointments, crews and calendars that change when plans change.
- Estimates and quotes
- Priced from your rates, delivered, then followed up until answered or expired.
- Invoices and payments
- Issued, monitored until paid, and reflected in the books where a connection supports it.
- Documents
- Receipts, photos and files read, filed and attached to the right job.
- Communications
- Inbound and outbound messages logged against the record they concern.
- Journeys
- Multi-step follow-up that runs on a schedule and asks a person when it cannot proceed.
- Permissions
- Who can do what, and what Dryvn may do without asking.
- Reporting
- The state of the operation, on request, as a sentence or a screen.
Capabilities
Enabled for the operation, not switched on for everyone.
Capabilities are shared functions that an implementation enables and names for the organization: the same reminder capability serves a clinic and a contractor with different words, rules and approvals. What is enabled, and what it may do without asking, is configured rather than assumed.
Dryvn’s job and project operating model is its most mature starting point. Other operating patterns are development areas. Availability for a given business depends on the capabilities, workflows and connections verified for that implementation.
Interface
Text and voice are the front door. The dashboard is the control room.
People reach Dryvn the way they already communicate. The owner does not have to live in the dashboard, and the dashboard is always there for visibility, review, configuration and approval.
Product recording
The operating record
The dashboard where the record, the state of the work and the controls remain visible.
Supported workflows
One instruction, several records, one checked result.
Every instruction resolves against real records, carries out what it is authorized to carry out, and keeps the follow-up alive until a person decides or the loop closes. These two traces are illustrative walk-throughs of that design.

Dryvn
Invoice #1042 sent to Thompson Renovations. I'll chase it on day 15 if it's unpaid.
Which steps run without asking, and which wait for a person, is set per implementation. Compare with when an AI assistant is enough before choosing any tool.
Illustrative animation
A customer relationship, start to finish, as the design intends it.
A narrated, illustrative animation of one fictional service call moving through the operating model: request, booking, dispatch, completion, invoice, payment and follow-up. Which stages are enabled is set per implementation.
